We bought a few bags of pita chips recently. For the past few lunches, I wanted to whip up a quick batch of spinach artichoke dip that we can use with the chips. Here's a quick stovetop recipe for a delicious batch of spinach artichoke dip for any lunch or appetizer.

Cooking Time: 10 min
Total Time: 10 min
Ingredients
-1 cup chopped spinach
-4 artichoke hearts
-2 oz cream cheese
-1 oz sour cream
-1 oz feta cheese
-1 oz shredded parmesan
-2 tsp of black pepper
-1 clove of garlic minced
-olive oil for cooking
-red pepper flakes (optional)
In a small saucepan, heat the olive oil and cook the minced garlic on medium-low heat for about 2 minutes or until fragrant.
Add the chopped spinach and artichoke hearts to the saucepan. Allow to heat for about 2 minutes.
Add in the sour cream, cream cheese, and feta cheese. Mix until all are melted and well combined (about 3-5 minutes).
Add the parmesan cheese, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
Remove from heat and enjoy.
