A few weeks ago, we went to the Taste of Calico at Knott's Berry Farm. While picking up some boysenberry jam at Virginia's Gift Shop, we saw bottles of boysenberry punch. We never knew that Knott's made punch, so we decided to give it a try.

The punch tastes very sweet. It's pretty much a liquid version of the jam. Naturally, we wondered what kind of cocktails we could make. So we started adding alcohol to it. Adding two ounces of any clear liquor like vodka is always a good start. It's like making a boysenberry version of a screwdriver.

Need a beverage other than coffee first thing in the morning? Fill half a champagne glass with the boysenberry punch and top it with a sparkling wine like this La Vostra Prosecco. You've now made a boysenberry mimosa perfect for brunch!

However, this last one is my all-time favorite mixed drink for this punch. Pour two ounces of boysenberry punch and two ounces of peanut butter whiskey (we used Skrewball) into a whiskey glass with ice. Stir well and enjoy a PB&J cocktail! You will NOT regret it!
Have you tried Knott's Boysenberry Punch? How do you drink it? Let us know!
